I Don’t Want to Change My Routine

Strangely, I have really been enjoying my workouts lately. Crazy, I know. I have been hitting the treadmill at a solid for 1-2 miles. Then, I do weights/rotations/squats till it hurts to much to do more. I spend ten minutes stretching, then hit the treadmill again for another half mile.

The problem is that I think my body is used to it, which means I need it change things up. That means that things are going to hurt tomorrow. The issue is, I don’t want to. :(.
