Diet of the day (don’t look – its a really bad day)

Today was a rotten day.  We’ve been out of groceries, so I haven’t been able to get good fiber or protein.  As a result, I’ve had far more carb based foods.  I tried to keep them as healthy as possible, but there just wasn’t any food in the house.

So today was garbage.  I’ve been cravey an munchy ALL day.  however, this evening I got to the grocery store so tomorrow we are back on the crazy.

6:30am – Muscle Milk (last one)

8:30am – Greek Yogurt (wild cherry – last one)

11:00am – Cream of wheat (completely out of my kashi and eggs)

1:45pm – popcorn with tabasco sauce (sounds weird, try it)

4:00pm – clif bar

7:00pm – Hot dog

9:00pm – egg whites (YAY my EGGS are back)
