Day 17 – Diet

I need to get back in the habit of doing this:

8:00am –Cereal – half multigrain cheerios, half Kashi GoLean Crunch, vanilla almond milk

10:30am — post workout shake – almond milk, whey protein, 1 banana, 1 handful of frozen mixed berries

12:40pm — Souplantation salad bar – greens, jicama, beets, onions, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, eggs, shredded cheese with only balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dressing

3:15pm — the rest of the salad (their take away boxes are HUGE,  I was very nearly full, twice)

5:45pm – Mahi Mahi filet with chipotle tabasco sauce for extra “zing”

9:00pm – 2 small deli pickles and a few slices of roasted turkey breast (lunch meat)
