Day 16 – keeping it going

Every once in a while, there comes a day, you just aren’t feeling it.  That would be today.  All week really. I haven’t been “in the mood”.  Don’t get me wrong, I have exercised everyday.  But seriously, its like my “get up and go” got up and went.  Just remember, we are rewiring the metabolism with a new “standard”  a new “metabolic precedent”.  If we take too many days off, we’re setting a middle of the ground precedent.  But if we work hard (or at least work) everyday.  We are setting a precedent that will help keep this weight off easier and longer.
